Dream Palace Hotel - Dubai

The room was Terrible and very old. The bathroom door can not be closed! Bathtub is extremely old. I will not stay in it again!

I have a complain here: I stayed for three nights and I realised when I came back they Charged my cc for four nights. I want a refund of Extra night taken from my Credit Card Very Poor Service, Very Bad Cleaning

The hotel is poorly managed. The front desk staff were very unprofessional. I booked a room for two as my fiance was meeting me there. However, when she arrived she was designated as a visitor by the hotel front desk and refused entry. We stayed in the hotel lobby until we were able to get another hotel for her to stay. I could not cancel my room as I would be charged for the remainder of the stay. The bath tub was peeled and their was visible plaster around the edges of the tiles. The mosque across the street was also not a comform during call to prayer times.

Quite, clean room, refurnished, near shopping moles. Recommended for short as well as long stay ... Rooms equipped with safe boxes, Taxi transportation available ... advices for couples and business guys

Need More TV channels. Brickfast type of food need improvement.

pay attention that everything (additional bed, drinks) will add to your bill. Prive doesn't include local tax (+20%)

It's affordable in budget and accessible to supermrkets, restaurant and malls.

Swimming pool is small 3ft deep, no electricity in wall outlets. Plug of heater did not fit in the outlet need to request for adaptor. Safety box is broken.

why they take tax from me ? i book in a price and they take extra money thats why i stayed only one night
